The floor is cold and hard, and her feet respond by gripping, toes curling slightly as she shifts her weight.

She rises onto her toes, and that is where this video earns its minutes. On tiptoe, the arch tightens, the tendons along the top of her foot pull visible, and the wrinkle lines on the sole bunch up behind the ball. You see the creases deepen in real time. She holds it there, balanced, her calf muscles engaged, and you can appreciate how the weight compresses the ball of the foot into pronounced ridges. When she drops back down, the soles flatten and the wrinkles redistribute across the entire surface.
